1 hour consultation + room-by-room checklist of what needs to be done to be Open House-ready. This service is recommended for homeowners who plan to do the work themselves, but would benefit from professional advice before they start.
$50 (including tax)
Decluttering/cleaning services:
Some homes need decluttering to be in Open House-ready shape. Others just need a good cleaning. Still others need both decluttering and cleaning, even if it’s just the basement and garage. Prices listed below do not include the cost of supplies that might be needed, such as boxes, packing paper, junk removal truck, storage locker etc.

$35 an hour (including tax)
